    International shipping times vary depending on locations, however you should typically allow 7-14 working days.

    Please note that Australian and International delivery times are provided as guidelines only. 

    All orders are trackable through Australia Post's website as well as your national postal service website. Should you require a more specific ETA you can directly contact your country's postal service with the tracking number provided upon dispatch of your order. Kit & Kate cannot be held accountable for any lost or missing parcels. 

    TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

    If you live outside Australia, you may be subject to import duties and / or taxes. The price shown at checkout does not include any taxes or duties. 

    Depending on the country, the international courier may charge you for the local taxes or duty or you might have to go to your local customs office to pay the taxes in order to get your package. Don't leave this for too long as they may send the goods back to us. Should this happen, we would need to deduct the cost of the return postage from your refund.

    LOST PARCELS

    We take the utmost care in ensuring that the your parcel is sent to the post office with the same address on your order. We cannot however be held responsible for:

    • incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied with your order

    • delays / issues with the carrier

    • parcels which are lost or stolen

    • parcels which get delivered but go missing (presumably stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps)

    As we are not responsible for lost or stolen package, we cannot issue refunds for them. Please check with the carrier if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.

    The postal service is doing everything possible to keep delivering during the Coronavirus pandemic. However, the challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are delays as Australia Post adopts additional safety measures to protect both people and customers. Other factors contributing to delays include fewer domestic flights, international delays and increased volumes as more people start shopping online. 

    With the spike in online shopping, Australia Post has been processing and delivering up to two million parcels a day across Australia!

    So much so that they have chartered 8 additional cargo planes, are running their processing facilities round the clock and have taken on 600 more staff .

    We really appreciate the fact that they are continuing to work tirelessly under such difficult circumstances, so we do ask that everyone is a little patient especially with your local Postie who continues to work rain or shine, mask and all!
