We are still operating!

Both our team and Australia Post are still working so don't worry! We are monitoring the situation closely and working to ensure that best practices and safe handling of products is in place.

Our beloved posties are doing their best doing this challenging time

The postal service is doing everything possible to keep delivering during the Coronavirus pandemic. However, the challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are delays as Australia Post adopts additional safety measures to protect both people and customers. Other factors contributing to delays include fewer domestic flights, international delays and increased volumes as more people start shopping online.

With the spike in online shopping, Australia Post has been processing and delivering up to two million parcels a day across Australia!

So much so that they have chartered 8 additional cargo planes, are running their processing facilities round the clock and have taken on 600 more staff .

We really appreciate the fact that they are continuing to work tirelessly under such difficult circumstances, so we do ask that everyone is a little patient and to expected some shipping delays in the order of 2-3 days
